Grooming Briefing Program
Program Purpose:
The Grooming Briefing Program is designed to provide students with knowledge on the importance of maintaining a neat and professional appearance in daily life, especially in academic and career contexts. This program involves teaching the basics of dressing, personal hygiene, and ways to improve appearance to enhance self-confidence and create a positive impression in both social and professional interactions.
Tentative Schedule for Grooming Briefing Program

10:00 AM – Registration and Welcome
- Students arrive and register for the grooming briefing program.
- Welcome by the event organizers, including the event manager and facilitators.
- A brief introduction about the objectives and importance of the grooming program.
10:15 AM – Opening Speech
- A speech by the management or lecturer to officially start the briefing session.
- Explanation of what “grooming” is and its importance in students’ lives and careers.
10:30 AM – Introduction to Proper Dressing Basics
- Explanation on the aspects of dressing neatly and appropriately for different occasions, such as classes, interviews, and formal events.
- Emphasis on the importance of choosing clean clothes, outfits that suit body shape, and adhering to dress codes set by the college or workplace.
11:00 AM – Discussion on Personal Hygiene and Care
- An explanation about personal hygiene as part of grooming, including skincare, hair care, nail care, and the use of deodorants.
- Tips on simple and effective self-care routines that directly impact appearance and health.
11:30 AM – Demonstration and Examples of Proper Dressing
- A demonstration by facilitators or models showing how to choose appropriate and professional outfits that are neat and polished.
- Students will have the opportunity to see examples of clothing and accessories suitable for various events.
11:50 AM – Q&A Session and Discussion
- Students will be given the opportunity to ask questions about dressing, grooming, or personal care.
- Open discussion on students’ experiences and tips that could help them improve their appearance.
12:00 PM – Closing the Program
- Closing remarks and gratitude from the management or facilitator.
- Presentation of certificates or appreciation to the participants who attended.
- Students will be given further instructions on the next steps or related activities concerning grooming, such as advanced dressing workshops or training.
